Small print

• Leisure pass voucher is valid until 30th Sept 2013, 9.30am-6.30pm Sun-Fri (limited availability on Sun).
• Spa voucher is valid until 29th Aug 2013, 9am-9.30pm Mon-Thurs.
• Pool opening times: Mon-Fri 6.30am-10pm, Sun 8am-9pm, open on bank holidays 6.30am-10pm.
• Reservations must be made by 16th Aug for the leisure pass deal and 19th July for the spa day or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Voucher is subject to availability.
• Receive 20% discount for any additional spa treatments booked at time of reservation.
• Include lunch with a glass of wine for £10pp – please discuss with hotel directly.
• Supplement of £5pp to hire robes and slippers – please discuss with hotel directly.
• Valid for over 16s only.
• If pregnant, you must be over 14 weeks. Treatments will be adjusted to suit.
• Not suitable for those with inflamed back injury, those who have recent recent injuries, broken bones or recently undergone surgery. If there are other health issues which you think may prevent treatment from being carried out, please contact the Spa directly.
• Massage is not suitable if suffering from cancer. If you are in remission, treatment is only suitable after 12 months and with a doctors letter of consent.
• Max group booking: 2, the spa has two double spa treatment rooms.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your experience.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
