• Voucher is valid from Tue 11 May 2021 until Sat 31 Jul 2021; Thu - Mon 10am - 7pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Afternoon tea is served 1pm - 4pm.
• Excludes Tue & Wed.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Sat and Sun bookings; payable directly. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 12 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups permitted. Max 2 people; subject to availability.
• Treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy/breast feeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa prior to booking.
• Includes 2 x 25 min treatments per person plus robe and towel hire. Please note that slippers/flip flops are not provided but members are welcome to bring their own.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Facility use will be in line with government guidelines. 
• Lockers require a £1 coin.
• Afternoon tea includes sandwiches, daily baked goods and a choice of tea or coffee. Vegetarian options available.
• No disabled access available.
• Free car parking available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
