• Voucher is valid until 31st March 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 13th Feb 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Sat night stays are additional £25 per room, please pay direct to the Thistle Edinburgh, The King James Hotel. 
• Voucher excludes 13th-15th & 28th Feb, 20th-21st March 2015. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Sorry, pets are not permitted. 
• Children permitted; under 14 years old are additional £10 per child plus upgrade to Executive room for additional £10 per room, per night. Over 14 years and under 16 years of age are an additional £20 per child plus upgrade to Executive room for additional £20 per room, per night. Supplements exclude breakfast. Max of 2 children permitted. Over 16's would be classed as a paying adult.

• Wine available is either house red, white or rose. Members must advise Thistle Edinburgh, The King James Hotel of their preference at time of booking.
• Limited onsite parking available, additional charge for £8 per 24 hours. There is one space designated for Blue Badge holders. 
• Deluxe double or twin room available. 
• Members can upgrade to an Executive room for additional £20 per room, per night. Please discuss with Thistle Edinburgh, The King James Hotel at time of booking. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays and stays can also be extended. Please discuss with Thistle Edinburgh, The King James Hotel at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
