• Voucher is valid from Sat 19 Nov 2016 until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25, 31 Dec 2016.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability.
• Please note; Stirling Court will be running a festive programme including party nights and Santa lunches is running throughout December. Please check at time of booking for further details.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 10am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Welcome drink is a beer, wine or soft drink.
• Option 2 includes 3 course dinner ; menu is subject to change.
• Please note if staying over Christmas members will still receive a standard meal and not Christmas lunch.
• Free onsite parking available. 
• Please note hotel is within the University campus grounds.
• Onsite facilities include restaurants and cafes, shopping area with bank, newsagent and pharmacy, cinema and live arts theatre, laundry facilities (fees apply), 9-hole golf course (fees apply), free access to the sports centre, fitness suite and 50m Olympic length pool located on campus.
• Children permitted; ages 5 and under stay free and ages 5 – 12 years require a supplementary charge of £17.50 including breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child.
• Sorry, no pets permitted; guide dogs only.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
