• Voucher is valid from Fri 14 Aug 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 April 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Excludes 31 Oct 2020 - 31 Mar 2021.
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available. Please note there are limited twin rooms available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu one night; subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Dinner is served between 6-8pm.
• Includes a 175ml glass of red/white/rose wine or a bottle of beer on arrival plus a bottle of Prosecco in the room; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted. 0-5yrs are free of charge and 5-12yrs required a supplementary charge of £17.50 including breakfast.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available. Please state requirements at time of booking.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
