Small print

• Voucher is valid 7 days from 8 Jan - 30 Jun 2023 (weekends only in January). Sessions are daily at 10:30am, 12noon, 2pm, 3pm and 4.45pm only; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 7+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Duration approx. 1 hr.
• Max of 8 people per voucher. Extra players can participate for a supplementary charge; payable directly.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
