Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 25 Apr 2024 until Sun 30 Jun 2024, Sun - Fri, every half hour from 10.15am until 5.15pm; subject to availability. The 1.15pm performance is a relaxed tour suitable for those with sensory needs.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 25 Jun 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Family ticket is valid for 2 adults & 2 children. Children are classed as ages 5 – 16 years.
• Suitable for all ages; under 5s go free. Additional children tickets can be purchased for £8.00 (5-16 yrs) on arrival; payable directly to the venue.
• Duration approx. 45mins - 1hr.
• Max of 20 – 24 people per tour
• No wheelchair accessible.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
