Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Apr 2023 until Fri 30 Jun 2023, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Petit gateaux selection box: valid for pre-booked collection only at 11am - 5:30pm.
• Afternoon tea: valid for sit-in only at 11am - 4pm.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: selection box features 4 of the most popular tarts. Specific desserts can be requested but may substituted if out of stock.
• Option 2: includes afternoon tea from a set menu. Sandwich fillings must be chosen at time of booking. Table required back after 1 hr 45 mins. Max of 6 people per table.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
