• Jul stays: voucher is valid from Thu 1 Jul 2021 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 5 - 8, 12 - 15, 17, 19 - 22 and 28 - 29 Jul 2021. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Aug stays: voucher is valid from Sun 1 Aug 2021 until Sun 29 Aug 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 2 - 5, 9 - 12 and 16 - 26 Aug 2021. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Sept stays: voucher is valid from Sun 5 Sep 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days. Excludes 6 - 7, 9, 17 - 18 and 20 - 23 Sep 2021; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• Stay in a standard double room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: double/twin with a view - £15, superior - £30, deluxe double/twin with a view - £50; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted in a family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable direct. Children are classed as ages 0-12yrs.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
