Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Apr until Sun 30 Jun 2024, 7 days 11:30am - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Jun 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 4 vouchers per table. 
• Option 1: Choice of sandwich, baguette, wrap, panini or toastie from the lunch menu.
• Option 2: Choice of starter and hot main from the lunch menu. A supplementary charge of £5 is required per person for steak & chips and steak pie; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. 
• Menus are subject to change.
• Table required back after 90 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
