• Voucher is valid until 31st Oct 2014, 7 days (limited weekend availability); subject to availability.
• Excludes 9th & 16th Aug, 5th-6th, 13th, 20th, 25th, 26th & 27th Sept.
• Deal includes a choice of 18 holes on the Derby course or a choice of express spa treatment each from the stated options only. Please advise at time of booking.
• Members may upgrade to the PGA course for a supplement of £30 per person, or the Brabazon Course for £60 per person. Please discuss and pay directly.
• Max of 4 vouchers may be purchased per person but cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Deal applies to a standard double/twin room only. Room upgrades for a supplement can be arranged, subject to availability. Please discuss and pay directly.
• Pets (unless guide dogs) are not permitted.
• Children (ages 2-12 years) welcome at a £10 supplement per child, per night. Under 2s stay free in a cot. Please discuss and pay directly. Max of 2 children per room.
• Parking available.
• Advanced booking required. Reservations must be made by 17th Oct or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your stay. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
