• Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Wed - Mon; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Tuesdays and 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Stay in a standard double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes 2 courses from the set early bird menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten, wheat & dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco (200ml bottle each) on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
