Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 28 Oct 2018 until Wed 27 Mar 2019, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays, 22 Dec 2018 – 2 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 27 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2.30pm – 10pm, check-out 10am – 11am.
• Harbour View Suite, Craw’s Nest Deluxe Double or The Robert Louis Stevenson Studio available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. if applicable
• Breakfast is served from 10am and is a choice of continental or cooked.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
