• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Dec 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days;  subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 3, 4, 8, 9, 10,11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26, 31 Dec 2021, 1, 29 Jan, 4, 5, 16, 17, 26 Feb and 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26 Mar 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £20 for Saturday stays; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room.
• Room can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes 2 course set menu choosing from a starter and main only; subject to change. A supplementary charge of £3 is required per person for the braised ribeye steak main. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available on request. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted. Those aged 3-14 years old require a supplementary charge of £25 including dinner and breakfast; payable directly to hotel. The max number of children permitted will be determined by room size; please discuss directly.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
