• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Mar 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 3 Nov - 2 Dec, 24 - 31 Dec 2020 and 7 Mar 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £10prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stays extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. 
• Includes a 2 course dinner each on the first night of stay. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
