• Voucher is valid from Fri 7 Sept 2018 until Fri 26 Oct 2018, Wed – Fri & Sun, selected timeslots only; subject to availability.
• Wed:  7pm, 7.15pm, 7.30pm, 7.45pm, 8pm
• Thur: 6.55pm, 7pm, 7.10pm, 7.25pm, 7.30pm, 7.40pm, 7.55pm, 8pm
• Fri: 6.55pm, 7pm, 7.10pm, 7.25pm, 7.30pm, 7.40pm, 7.55pm, 8pm, 8.10pm, 8,25pm, 8.30pm, 8.40pm. 8.55pm, 9pm
• Sun: 9.55am, 10am, 10.30am, 10.40am, 10.55am, 11am, 11.10am, 11.25am, 11.30am and 11.55am
• Excludes Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Oct 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once you have converted your voucher into a booking with The Crystal Maze Team your date and time of your show cannot be changed or refunded.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 13+; under 18s must be accompanied by a playing and paying adult on your team.
• Minimum height: 1.2 metres.
• Duration approx. 70mins.
• Max of 8 people per team.
• General fitness level required; the game is a physical activity and requires standing approx. 70mins.
• A safety waiver must be signed prior to your game; please discuss directly with The Crystal Maze Experience.
• Not suitable during pregnancy.
• Sportswear, casual clothes, trainers are recommended and cover up as much as possible; high heels and open toe sandals are not permitted.
• Limited wheelchair access available; please book well in advance as maze can be adapted, please discuss directly with The Crystal Maze Experience.
• Consuming alcohol prior to your visit will result in you not being able to play the maze.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
