• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2019 until 2 Jan 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 25 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stays can be extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Includes cream tea on arrival and dinner includes a starter and main or main and dessert from set menu. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.
• Max of 1 child under the age of 2yrs permitted free of charge and travel cot can be provided; subject to availability.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
