Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 24 Apr 2016, 7 days ; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by Sun 27 Mar 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Children are permitted; ages 0 – 3 free, ages 4 – 12 £10 per child.
• Check in 3pm. Check out at 12noon.
• Free onsite parking.
• Available suites: Thompson, Buchanan and Geils. All suites can be twinned. Please note that some rooms may use a sofa bed to twin. Please discuss when booking. 
• Please note that the Buchanan Suite only has a shower and no bath. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
