I think the Elizabethan has definitely improved in recent years, I find it a really pleasant experience to visit. Staff are lovely and kitchen staff deserve a special mention, the macaroni cheese is one of the nicest I've ever tasted. Staff are upbeat and seem very happy in their work.
The only thing I'd change is that there were two TVs on both showing a football match from Saturday, why? No-one was watching. If they must be on I'd have easy listening music videos. -
