Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 3 May 2018 until Thur 28 Jun 2018, Mon - Fri 10am - 8pm, Sat & Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Please note all sessions must be used by the expiry date.
• Advance booking is not required.
• Multiple purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Option 1: 2 hour session only.
• Option 2: choose either 6 x 1 hour sessions or 3 x 2 hour sessions.
• Option 3: choose either 10 x 1 hour sessions or 5 x 2 hour sessions.
• Option 2 and 3: sessions cannot be mixed and matched. Members must state when first using their voucher if they are choosing 1 hour or 2 hour sessions over the validity period.
• Suitable for ages 5+.
• Max of 100 people inside the skatepark at any one time.
• Basic level of fitness required.
• Helmets are mandatory; members can bring their own or hire one from The Factory for £1.50 for a 1 or 2 hour session. Please discuss with The Factory directly.
• Members can bring their own skateboards, stunt scooters or rollerblades or hire them from The Factory for £2 per piece of equipment for a 1 hour session or £4 per piece of equipment for a 2 hour session. Please discuss with The Factory directly.
• Viewing area available for parents to watch.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
