• May - Jun options: 
• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 May until Thu 30 Jun 2022, 7 days.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 27 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Jul - Sep options:
• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Jul until Fri 30 Sep 2022, 7 days.
• Excludes 2, 29 - 31 Jul, 20 Aug 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 31 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• General:
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm - 10pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard twin or double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night:: Seaview £20, superior seaview £30, family 3 & triple £30, seaview family 3 £35, seaview family 4 £45; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Include a £40 to spend on the set dinner menu, subject to change. Please note the voucher can be spent on food and drink. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Dinner is on one night only.
• Children permitted in family rooms; 0 - 4 stay free of charge, 5 - 12 can stay at a supplementary charge of £15 including breakfast; payable directly. 12+ are classed as adults.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel, please note pets are only permitted in standard rooms. They are only permitted in the outside balcony dining area. 
• No wheelchair access.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
