Voucher is valid from Sun 10 Jun 2018 until Wed 31 Oct 2018, 7 days 10am – 6pm; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Saturday bookings.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 10 Oct 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Option 1 max of 6 per person, option 2 max 3 per person.

Over 16’s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Some facial treatments are not suitable for people with nut allergies; please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa. 

Treatment duration: approx. 25min each.

Choice of 2 treatments per person; essentials express facial, aromatherapy back massage, express manicure, express pedicure.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 

Includes robes, slippers and towels and use of the Gravity health & leisure club.

Includes afternoon tea; menu subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten and wheat free option available; please discuss at the time of booking.

Includes a 125ml glass of fizz per person.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
