• Option 1 voucher is valid until Wed 5 Sept 2018, Sun – Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Fri 8 Jun 2018 until Fri 7 Sept 2018, Fri or Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays - Thursdays.
• Option 3 voucher is valid until Wed 5 Sept 2018, Sun – Wed; subject to availability. Excludes Thursdays - Saturdays.
• Option 4 voucher is valid from Fri 8 Jun 2018 until Fri 7 Sept 2018, Fri only; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays - Thursdays.
• Advance booking required.
• Option 1 & 3 voucher must be booked by Wed 29 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Option 2 & 4 voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Mere Lake View double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes unlimited movies, 10% off pre-booked spa treatments, 20% off pre-booked golf and full use of the health club and spa facilities from 12noon on arrival date until 11am on the day of departure.
• Option 2 – 4 includes a £30 per person dinner allowance towards the menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat, dairy free and halal options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Includes a Bloom Gin & Rose Lemonade each; can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted at a supplementary charge of £35 for an additional bed, children are classed as ages 12 and under and a max of 1 cot requires £15; payable directly to hotel. Ages 12+ are classed as adults.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
