• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Sat 29 Feb 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 - 26, 31 Dec 2019 and 14 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required per night for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in after 3pm, check-out before 10am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Children permitted and classed as under 16s; rooms can be upgraded to a family room to accommodate a max of 2 children or a family suite for a max of 3 children; payable directly to hotel. children under 3 go free.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: Superior £10, Deluxe £25, Family Room (2 children) £44, Premier Deluxe Room £44, Family Suite (3 children) £60; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking.
• No pets permitted.
• Please note gatherings in rooms or room parties are not permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
