Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2017 until Wed 28 Feb 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 Dec 2017 - 10 Jan and 9 - 11, 14, 16 - 18 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 11am.
• Option 1: king double or twin room available; room can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 2 : superior king or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. if applicable
• Includes a £22.50 per person dinner allowance towards food in 63 @ Parklands or The Bistro during your stay; please note any remaining value will not be credited, full allowance must be used.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free parking available.
• Option 1 includes a bottle of fizz in your room on arrival.
• Option 2 includes a bottle of Champagne in your room on arrival.
• Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
