• Voucher is valid from Fri 4 Feb 2022 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 6-10 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child aged 12 and under permitted in a family room. Family rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child and require a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night. Please discuss and pay directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
