• Jul/Aug option: Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Jul 2021 until Thu 14 Oct 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes2-3, 10, 16-17, 19-22, 26-29 Jul, 6-12, 16-26 Aug 2021 and 22 Sept.
• Sep option: Voucher is valid from Wed 8 Sep 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 13-20, 22-23 and 27-29 Sep 2021. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: double/twin with a view £15, superior room £30, deluxe double/twin with a view £50 and superior/premium with a view £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children aged 12 and under permitted in a family room. Family rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children and require a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night. Please discuss and pay directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
