• Voucher is valid from Wed 9 Feb 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Fri - Sat and 14 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 3 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. 
• Max of 1 child permitted, a supplementary charge of £15 per night is required for an extra bed in the room or a free cot can be provided; please discuss and pay directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
