• Voucher is valid from Sat 4 Nov 2023 until Tue 9 Jan 2024, Mon 12noon - 7:30pm, Tue 12noon - 5:30pm, Wed 11am - 6:30pm, Thu - Sun 10am - 5:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24-27 Dec, 1-3 Jan
• Voucher must be booked by Sat 23 Dec 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 1 person per booking.
• Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for anyone undergoing cancer treatment, clients must have been in remission for min 5 years. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Option 1: duration approx 30 mins inc consultation.
• Option 2 & 3: duration approx 60 mins inc consultation.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
