Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Apr 2019 until Sat 29 Jun 2019; Mon & Thur 9.30am – 6.30pm, Tue 9.30am – 5.30pm, Wed 9.30am – 7.30pm, Fri 10am – 4.30pm and Sat 9.45am – 4.30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sundays and 15-21 Apr 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Please book well in advance to secure preferred date.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Over 18's only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Options 1 & 2 treatments are potentially suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss with spa directly prior to booking. Option 3 is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Treatments are not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission unless a note has been provided from a doctor.

Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions; please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Option 1 includes one 30 min treatment - choice of Indian head massage, mini facial, Thai reflexology or back, neck and shoulder massage.

Option 2 includes one 60 min Swedish massage.

Option 3 includes one 60 min Aromatherapy massage.

Options 1 and 2 can add a hand or foot mask or scrub to treatment (excluding Thai reflexology) for a supplementary charge of £5; payable directly to the spa; please discuss at time of booking.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
