• Voucher is valid from Mon 15 May until Thu 31 Aug 2023; Mon 12noon - 7:30pm, Tue 12noon - 5:30pm, Wed 11am - 6:30pm and Thu - Sun 10am - 5:30pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Advance online booking required.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 1 person per timeslot/booking.
• Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
• Option 1: duration: approx. 45 mins. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or anyone undergoing treatment for cancer, clients have to have been in remission for min 5 years. Please discuss any health concerns or existing medical conditions directly with the spa before purchasing your voucher.
• Option 2: duration: approx. 45-60 mins. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or anyone undergoing treatment for cancer, clients have to have been in remission for min 5 years. Please discuss any health concerns or existing medical conditions directly with the spa before purchasing your voucher.
• Option3: duration: approx. 75 mins. Treatment can be modified for anyone undergoing treatment for cancer, clients have to have been in remission for min 5 years. Please discuss any health concerns or existing medical conditions directly with the spa before purchasing your voucher.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
