• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 Oct, 2, 3, 9, 10, 16-17, 18 - 26, 30 Dec 2022 - 18 Jan, 10 - 13 Feb 2023.
• A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to classic for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Option 2 & 3: Include a £30pp F&B spend to use against any food and drinks menu. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten/wheat free options are available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children under 3 are free of charge, ages 3-11 require a supplementary charge of £15 and ages 12-16 require a supplementary charge of £20, including breakfast; payable directly.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly. Please note that the family bedrooms are not pet-friendly.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
