• Option 1 (archery) voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Mon 9.30am, Tue - Wed 12.30pm, Thur 12.45pm, Fri 11.30am, Sat 11.45am and 4pm and Sun 12noon; subject to availability.
• Option 2 (kayaking or canoeing) voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Mon 3pm, Tue - Wed 1.30pm, Thur 10.30am or 2pm, Fri 10.30am or 3.30pm, Sat 9.45am or 1.30pm and Sun 10am or 1.30pm; subject to availability.
• Option 3 (paddle boarding) voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Mon - Wed 3pm, Thur 10.30am or 2pm, Fri 10.30am or 3.30pm, Sat 9.45am or 2.30pm and Sun 1pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2018 – 3 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. Please note voucher cannot be cancelled once booked.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 7+; under 18s must be accompanied by an adult but does not need to participate.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1hr.
• Option 2 and 3 duration: approx. 1hr 30mins; requires a full change of clothes and shoes that can get wet; wet suits are provided.
• Max of 14 people per activity.
• Not suitable during pregnancy; please discuss any health concerns directly with Willowgate Activity Centre.
• Basic level of fitness recommended.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
