• Voucher is valid from Tue 5 Nov 2019 until Fri 31 Jan 2020; Mon - Fri 11am - 4pm and Sat - Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2019 and 1 - 6 Jan 2020.
• Opening times will vary throughout the year, please check website for your chosen day.
• Advance booking not required.
• Voucher acts as entry ticket. Please print off voucher and show on arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Under 4s are not permitted; recommended age of 8+ due to the nature of the attraction. Entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Duration: approx 1 hr 15 mins.
• Wheelchair access available. Some floor surfaces are uneven. Advised that wheelchair users book in advance to avoid waiting by emailing yorkguests@merlinentertainments.biz.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
