• Voucher is valid until 31st Oct 2015; Sun–Fri; subject to availability.
• Limited Friday availability; supplement of £10 per room for Friday night stays; payable at the time of booking.
• Voucher must be booked by 1st Oct 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers may be used; subject to availability.
• Check in 2pm; check out 11am.
• Standard Double or Twin rooms available; upgrades available from £10 per room per night (payable direct at time of placing reservation); subject to availability.  
• Children (0-15yrs) permitted if maximum occupancy in room does not exceed a total of 2 (max of 1 child permitted sharing with an adult); a travel cot can be placed in room.
• Limited Parking available; please ask Reception for a token to display on arrival.
• Pets permitted; £10 per pet; max of 1 pet permitted per room; pets do not have access to the restaurant.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Once booked, bookings cannot be cancelled. Dates can be moved to alternative offer dates up to 7 days prior to arrival without penalty.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
