- Spa opening times: Mon–Fri, 7am–10pm, Sun 7am–9pm.
- Duration of your experience will be a maximum of 3 hours.
- Hot rooms are unsuitable for pregnant ladies, please seek advice before using.
- One voucher may be redeemed per person/couple; multiple may be purchased as gifts.
- Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your Thermal Experience.
- Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
