• Voucher is valid from Tue 15 Oct 2019 until Sat 29 Feb 2020; subject to availability.
• Oct - 16 Dec 2019: valid Thur - Sun only.
• 17 Dec 2019 - 29 Feb 2020: valid 7 days.
• Excludes Mondays - Wednesdays until 16 Dec, 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2019 and 13 - 16 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases not permitted.
• Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 12noon.
• Signature double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes £25pp dinner allowance on food only. Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.
• Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children permitted and require a supplementary charge of £15 per night; please discuss and pay directly with hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
