• Voucher is valid from 1st Nov 2013 until 9th Feb 2014 (excludes 30th Nov, 7th, 14th, 21st & 23rd Dec 2013-3rd Jan 2014 inclusive), Sun-Fri; subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used for consecutive nights, subject to availability.
• Check in at 3pm, late check out at 12noon (standard check out is 11am).
• Deal applies to a classic double or twin room. Members may upgrade to an executive room for a supplement of £30 per room, per night.
• Maximum of 2 dogs are permitted per room at a supplement of £25 per dog, per stay. Dogs must be kept on a lead in public areas and are not permitted in the restaurants. Dogs must be removed from room during housekeeping services.
• Maximum of 2 children permitted per room. Under 5s stay for free, £15 per child, per night B&B for children 5-12. Over 12s are considered adults. Please discuss at time of booking and pay all supplements directly to the hotel.
• Members may extend their stay for a supplement. Please discuss at time of booking and pay all supplements directly to the hotel.
• Deal includes a £15 voucher per couple which is redeemable in the spa. Voucher can be used against one treatment during your stay and must be booked in advance. Please discuss at time of booking and pay all supplements directly to the hotel.
• Members may receive a 20% discount on dinner in the Garden restaurant.
• Advanced booking required. Reservations must be made by 10th Jan 2014 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
  
  The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Hotel car park includes 100 parking spaces for guest's use, subject to availability.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
