Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 22 Jun 2018 until Sat 15 Sept 2018, Fri 5.30pm – 8.30pm and Sat 12noon – 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays – Thursdays and 23, 30 Jun, 6, 7 Jul 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 20 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Tubing is suitable for ages 4+.
• Duration approx. 1 hr. Voucher for 2 must be used in one session. 
• Max of 22 people per session.
• Not suitable during pregnancy. 
• Gloves, long sleeves and trousers are essential. Waterproof trousers and jacket are recommended, the facility is all weather and has a sprinkler system. 
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
