- Afghani: tender Scotch lamb or chicken marinated in yoghurt and ground seed spices with chick peas, green chilli, methi leaf and coriander
- Jhalfrezi: choice of meat tenderised in a marinade of fresh yoghurt, ginger, coriander and cumin then grilled slowly before being fried in ghee with green chilli, garlic, cardamom and various other spices

- Green curry: traditional Thai curry cooked in home-made green curry paste, coconut milk, fresh Thai chilli, baby bamboo shot, aubergines and flavoured with holy Tulsi
- Thai chilli: marinated with wok fried garlic and ginger the chilli is then cooked with mixed peppers and onion
- Beef with oyster sauce: sliced beef cooked with oyster sauce, mushroom, spring onion and celery served with golden fried vegetables
