Small print

• Voucher is valid from 28th Aug 2015 until 6th July 2016; 7 days March – October (6am-6pm); subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 3rd Oct 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 16 people per group
• Duration: approx hour, depending on prevailing weather conditions and suitability of landing sites. The entire experience is 3 – 4 hours and includes an invitation to help inflate and deflate the balloon.
• If flight is cancelled by Virgin Balloon Flights, please re-book using instructions provided. If flight is cancelled close to end of validity period, Virgin Balloon Flights will extend the validity period to accommodate rescheduled bookings

• Passengers must be at least 7 years of age and 4ft 6ins tall
• Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult; Min age 7yrs
• Anyone who is 20 stone or above will be required to pay a supplement. Call us on 01952 212750 to discuss this.
• Not suitable for those who are pregnant or have recently undergone major surgery
• Includes retrieval service back to your original launch site
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Once redeemed vouchers are non refundable/non-exchangeable
• 3 day policy to rearrange flight date
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers
