- Rich chicken liver pâté with Cognac-caramelised onions and crusty bread

Didn’t know quite to expect but was not disappointed. We stayed in the suites which were behind the hotel and it was immaculate. Very comfy sofa, had a fridge and microwave which was handy after a day sightseeing. Location was perfect and as other reviews have mentioned, the breakfast was the best I’ve had. Served to you at the table by pleasant staff instead of a buffet made it even better. Would not now stay anywhere else when next visiting Fort William.
