Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Nov 2019 until Mon 23 Dec 2019, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per night is required per wigwam on Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to Pot a Doodle Do Wigwam Village.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Voucher cannot be amended or refunded once booking is confirmed.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive night stays.
• Check in 3pm - 7pm, check out 10am.
• Standard wigwam available.
• Options 1 & 3: valid for 2 adults only. Max of 1 child can be added for a supplementary charge of £12 per child per night; payable directly to Pot a Doodle Do Wigwam Village.
• Options 2 & 4: valid for 2 adults and a max of 2 children; children are classed as ages 14 and under.
• Please advise at time of booking for any additional adults or children.
• Members must bring their own sleeping bags, pillows, towels & toiletries plus washing up essentials and a torch for late night visits to toilet block.
• Heating and electricity is not included but available through a £1 coin operated metres; payable directly to Pot a Doodle Do Wigwam Village.
• Please note restaurant and shop change to winter hours in October and are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Members staying on Mondays and Tuesdays will be able to pick their keys up from the box at the shower block and there will be someone on site should they be needed. Members arriving on the other days after 4 pm will be able to collect keys from the box at the shower block.
• Max of 2 small dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £7 per dog per night; please discuss and pay directly and subject to suitability of wigwam.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss and pay directly.
• Members may hire the BBQ hut for exclusive use for a supplement of £25 per night (includes lighters & charcoal), or a camp fire for £10 per night on your first night (includes firelighters), subject to availability. Disposable BBQs are not permitted on site. Please book in advance and pay directly.
• Parking available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
