• Voucher is valid from Wed 10 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Fri - Sat and 24 Dec 2021 - 3 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am. Door code entry will be advised prior to check-in.
• Exclusive use with 5 double rooms, 2 twin rooms and 2 single rooms.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• A security deposit of £200 is required; payable directly to hotel at the time of booking. Please discuss directly.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Pets are permitted at no additional charge.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
