- Drinks reception begins at 6.45pm. Followed by dinner at 7.15pm. The band plays until 11.30pm and the evening ends at midnight.
- You will be seated with your group. Max of 12 guests per table. Please note groups of less than 12 will be sat at mixed tables.

- Dress code: party wear, dress to impress.
- Includes a glass of fizz on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
