- Please note photos of your timeslot will be sent to you via link, upon request.
- Duration: approx. 20mins. Please arrive at the ballroom 15mins before your time slot to receive your entry wristband. Please note latecomers may not get the full session.

Hello, the Santa train experience was perfect for my grandaughters, they had a ball.

I felt the experience was expensive for the cost. On arrival you are advised to be there 15 minutes prior to your assigned time to check in which is fair enough however it felt like a herd of cattle as there is no where near enough seats in the area to wait once you are “checked in”. The majority of your time is spent with the elves rather than Santa. The decor in the room is festive. The gift my children received didn’t reflect the cost of the experience I understand profit has to be made but I’ve visited cheaper Santas and my children have received a better gift. No phots are allowed to be taken unless provided by the hotel.
