- Participants must be fit to skate.
- Over 3's only. Under 12's must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children are classed as ages 3-11yr. Ages 12+ are classed as adults.
- Wheelchair access available.
- You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Really enjoyed our stay, room was very clean and staff super friendly. Food and drinks were of a high standard and reasonably priced. Would recommend to all especially around Christmas time as there was a lovely vibe and atmosphere.
