Welcome to Wellness
- Friday 12th January; arrival meet & greet and deep sleep meditation followed by a light supper
- Saturday 13th January; morning soulfire movement class, full breakfast, group reiki, light lunch, workshop from motivational speaker Jill Ritchie, 3 course meal and evening soundbath
- Sunday 14th January; full breakfast followed by yoga session
- Also includes entry to the New Moon market
