Small print

• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Sept 2020; 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Excludes 25 Dec 2019 and 14 Feb 2020 and dates the hotel is booked for a wedding.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm; check-out 11am.
• Double stable superior rooms available.
• Stay can be extended at full rate; please arrange and pay hotel directly.
• Options 2 & 3: include a £20pp dinner allowance. Can be used in either the Pineapple Restaurant or 1236 Cave Bar; menus are subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Option 3: dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 1 child permitted; 0 - 16yrs; £25 bed & breakfast; payable directly to the hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available; limited accessible rooms.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
