Small print

• Oct - Dec 2019: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Mon 23 Dec 2019, Sun – Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays and 13 - 17 Oct 2019.  Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 25 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Jan - Mar 2020: Voucher is valid from Sun 5 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun – Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays and 9 - 11 Feb 2020.  Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Options 1 & 2: one bedroom Travis or Carter suite; includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival. No children permitted.
• Options 2, 3 5 and 6: two bedroom Cuillin suites; includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival. Max of 2 children ages 10 and under permitted free of charge and paying for all meals as taken. Ages 11 – 16 years require a supplementary charge of £30 per child per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from the Restaurant Dinner menu; subject to seasonal change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel when booking. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following starter: smoked salmon £2, wood pigeon £3, main: 8oz sirloin steak £10, monkfish £3, duck breast £3 and dessert George Mewes cheeses £5; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
